Manager in Training BRASSERIE BLANC

Reflecting the elegance and simplicity of my menu designs
for Brasserie Blanc’s 20 UK restaurants, I created its Manager in Training manual
using a settled colour palette and captivating photographs of raw ingredients.

Who said a training manual had to look corporate?
