Yapix Coffee & Wine House is the kind of project I just love to be a part of:
a trio of friends who’ve realised their dream—
with a little help from yours truly—of bringing Puglia’s intense flavours
and famous hospitality to the bustling streets of modern London.

I’ve combined traditional Puglian patterns with colours that echo some
of that magical region’s natural elements—warm light,
scorched earth and olive trees—to create a home away from home
for Giovanni, Alessandro and Tommaso.
