Another site from award-winning British steakhouse Hawksmoor,
this restaurants overlooks electrifying Borough Market, one of London’s must-see attractions.
My designs are heavily flavoured by the area’s 1870’s heyday,
with the menus (as with Hawksmoor Edinburgh, created with thermo blocking and foiling)
incorporating architectural details from the restaurant’s historic building itself.
